Job Summary
Nutrition that Works LLCis seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. Our opportunity is serving an LTC/acute care facility located in DalhartTX for 24 hours per week.HYBRID REMOTE-One onsite visit per month and the rest remote!

Position includes:
* Completing clinical nutrition assessments
* Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
* Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
* Completing the MDS - Section K
* Calculating TF
* Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes
Requirements:
* Credentialed by the CDR
* Dietetic Licensure
* Positive attitude
* Client centered
* Good communication skills
