Job Summary
Principal Civil Engineer Land Development
Location: Riverside CA
Salary:$125000$160000 annually
We are looking for an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to lead land development projects in the Riverside area. This leadership role involves overseeing the planning design and delivery of private and public land development projects managing project teams and coordinating with agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering design for grading drainage utilities and street improvements
- Manage project budgets schedules and deliverables
- Oversee preparation of improvement and entitlement plans
- Coordinate with local agencies clients and internal design staff
- Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- California PE license required
- 815 years of land development experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong communication leadership and project management skills
