Accountabilities:

Define processes for Master data Data management with clear owner for each data entry

Master Data Management: Create update and maintain master data records for suppliers products and other relevant entities within the ESO. Ensure data accuracy consistency and completeness.

Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity of master data. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.

Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data management.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze master data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and supply chain operations.

Work closely with internal teams including supply chain procurement SRTs and quality to ensure data needs are met and support operational efficiency.

Maintain and support master data management systems and tools.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in master data management and implement best practices to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Maintain accurate documentation of data management processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required education / experience:

Bachelors degree in Data Management Information Systems Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
