Title: Medical Records Coordinator

Job Duties: The Medical Records Coordinator provides support to staff and to the medical records department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining timely and complete medical records of clients. Accuracy and thoroughness are important as it may affect legal liability of the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and other stakeholders including nursing staff supervisors physicians clients and families.

Qualifications:

  • A high school graduate/GED.
  • A minimum of two years experience in medical records or ward clerk position.

Persons served benefit from extensive life skills training; peer counseling; case management; behavioral self-management; community residential treatment systems; and Crestwoods Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program. Our homelike atmosphere is inclusive of the family friends and other supporters of our persons served. Our dynamic rehabilitative treatment program addresses the diverse cultural spiritual psychological biological and social needs of the people we serve. This provides the basis for developing a program that fosters growth change and independence.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$23 - $28 USD
