Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee and drive the commercial strategy of our organization. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing contracts maximizing business opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage all contracts and commercial agreements ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Lead negotiations with clients suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Prepare and present regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Support the sales team with commercial insights and negotiation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and external agencies.
Manage risk assessments for new and existing projects.
Oversee the performance of the commercial team and ensure their professional development.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Law or related field.
Proven experience in a commercial management or contract management role.
Strong knowledge of contract law procurement and supply chain management.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
