The Opportunity & Role Profile
This primary school requires a proactive and practical Site Manager (Premises Manager) to oversee the operational management security and maintenance of its campus. The role demands strong organizational skills and a focus on maintaining a safe high-quality environment for younger pupils.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Organizer: Overseeing daily premises schedules managing key holder responsibilities and coordinating energy efficiency.
- Maintenance Lead: Supervising contractors performing hands-on repairs and managing site security.
- Safety Sentinel: Conducting statutory safety checks and ensuring the site meets primary school H&S standards.
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: Competitive salary paid on the local government scale (approx. 32000 - 38000 per annum).
