Working within a well-structured HR office you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:
- Preparing job adverts shortlisting packs and interview schedules
- Managing safer recruitment processes (DBS references identity & right-to-work checks)
- Maintaining accurate digital and paper personnel files
- Supporting with absence reporting and return-to-work documentation
- Assisting with onboarding induction and probation administration
- Providing first-line HR guidance to staff and managers
