Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Lead Designer Specialist Engineer who can drive product design strategy user experience vision and UI execution for enterprise and consumer-facing digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep design expertise along with strong leadership capabilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle including research wireframes prototypes user flows visual design usability testing and design delivery.
Define and implement design standards design systems and best practices for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research sessions usability analysis heuristic evaluations and competitive assessments to influence design direction.
Collaborate closely with product management development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Present design concepts research insights and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Guide and mentor other designers ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
Develop high-quality UI assets interactive prototypes and design documentation using industry-leading design tools.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Continuously evaluate and improve product design based on analytics feedback and performance metrics.
Drive innovation and explore new trends tools and techniques in UX design and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

12 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills user experience thinking and problem-solving approach.
Proven experience leading design teams and driving UX strategy across multifaceted projects.
Expertise with tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision Adobe Creative Suite Axure or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and design system development.
Solid knowledge of modern front-end technologies and collaboration with engineering teams (HTML CSS JavaScript fundamentals).
Experience conducting user research usability testing and analyzing customer behavior insights.
Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing for enterprise SaaS applications cloud platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or DevOps environments.
Working knowledge of motion design microinteractions and advanced prototyping.
Experience with design system frameworks like Material Design Carbon Fluent or PatternFly.
Exposure to AI-driven design tools and automation capabilities.
Experience guiding offshore or distributed design teams.
Certification in UX HCI Design Management or related specialization.
