Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide specialized therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves delivering engaging therapy sessions collaborating with families and clinical teams and contributing to the development of individualized treatment goals. The position supports a creative compassionate and interdisciplinary approach to pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 30-minute therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by monthly deadlines
Collaborate with parents BCBAs and interdisciplinary staff to develop treatment goals
Participate in required company training and ongoing professional development
Submit accurate timesheets according to Central Reach calendar deadlines
Prepare essential reports including initial assessments re-evaluations authorizations and AAC documentation
Provide supervision to students clinical fellows or new hires as needed
Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold strict confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatrics or Pediatric Care
Active SLP license
Strong communication documentation and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with children and families in a therapeutic setting
