Job Title: SAP Vistex OTC Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vistex OTC Consultant to support pricing rebates chargebacks incentive programs and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within SAP Vistex. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Vistex modules and deep understanding of OTC business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement configure and support Vistex (IPT DM CM RCM) functionalities within the OTC process.
- Manage pricing rebates contracts incentives and chargeback settlements in Vistex.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support SAP SD/OTC processes including order management billing pricing and credit management.
- Work on system enhancements integration testing UAT and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD FI/CO MM BI) to ensure seamless process execution.
- Troubleshoot issues provide production support and ensure quality/accuracy of pricing and rebate calculations.
- Support end-to-end project phases: blueprinting configuration testing go-live and hypercare.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 8 years of experience in Vistex solution implementation or support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Vistex IPT (Incentive Paybacks & Chargebacks)
- Vistex DM (Data Maintenance)
- Vistex CM (Customer Management)
- Vistex RCM (Rebate & Commission Management)
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes:
- Pricing condition techniques
- Sales orders billing delivery
- Contracts rebates chargebacks
- Experience with S/4HANA Vistex is preferred.
- Ability to write functional specs for RICEFW objects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in pharma consumer goods wholesale distribution or high-volume rebate environments.
- Knowledge of FI/CO integration (revenue recognition accruals).
- Experience with EDI (chargebacks sales data).
- Exposure to Vistex reporting and performance tuning.
