Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform managing complex data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
Design and implement secure scalable integration solutions with external systems.
Lead and manage end-to-end deployment processes ensuring smooth releases across environments.
Work with complex data models ensuring high data quality performance and integrity.
Provide technical leadership and manage a development team ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including product owners business analysts and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot issues provide root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on expertise in LWC development.
Experience working with Aura Components.
Strong knowledge of API integrations middleware and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment tools (e.g. Copado Gearset Azure DevOps Ant Metadata API).
Ability to analyze and manage complex data structures.
Proven ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end project execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
