Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior BAs and ensure consistency in documentation quality.
- Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Validate solutions against requirements and support UAT.
- Work closely with architects QA and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Certification Required
- CBAP / CCBA (Preferred)
- Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master certification (Bonus)
- Domain-specific certification if requested (Finance/Healthcare/Insurance)
Client/Project-specific compliance needs
