We are looking for a strong addition to the Hamburg-based commodities division
Business Unit Manager Agriculture (M/W/X)
Business Development and Leadership Ref.-Nr.: 181338
YOUR Mission:
- Development of the Bureau Veritas Group strategy policies objectives and KPIs and business development plan on the German Market and implementing business strategy policies objectives for the Business Unit Agriculture
- Manage CTD Business Unit - define set up coordinate delegate supervise and manage overall CTD organization roles and responsibilities
- Managing and developing a team of case workers and employed inspectors
- Taking on your own selected key accounts and expanding the supplier network
- Monitor and control Pay & Loss of Commodity services and Production so finance management incomes and cost control and monthly reporting of activities and results according to company reporting process/deadlines
- Participation in preparingyearly budget
YOUR SKILLS:
- Successfully completed studies with a masters degree (or comparable) in a field relevant to the position
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical and disciplinary leadership
- Excellent user knowledge of common CRM as well as MS Outlook ExcelWord
- Fluent German and very good English (at least level C1 or equivalent)
- Team player analytical skills solution-oriented thinking and KPI-based business development
