Gander Hyundai is looking for a Service Advisor/Videographer who loves connecting with customers and has a talent for bringing clarity to car this role youll be the friendly face and trusted guide who walks customers through their vehicle needs both in person and through engaging easy-to-understand service videos. By combining clear communication with your videography skills youll help customers feel informed confident and genuinely cared for. If youre someone who enjoys fast-paced work values honesty and wants to be part of a team thats redefining the service experience this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact every day. This isnt just a service role - its an opportunity to own the customer experience from start to finish.

What Youll Do:

Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
Proper explanation of the technicians vehicle prognosis on video
Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
Cleanliness of service department
Service department support when and where required
Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock
Collaboration with customer facing service advisors

What You Bring:

Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
Be prompt punctual and detailed orientated
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
