The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Server Agent / Chef de Rang Pastamara (starting February/March 2026)

As a Server Agent / Bar Server in our Sicilian restaurant you will embody the warmth of Sicilian culture while delivering the impeccable service and elegance that define The Ritz-Carlton brand. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining and beverage experiences through attentive service deep product knowledge and intuitive anticipation of guest needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized anticipatory service in alignment with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
• Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth creating a sense of belonging and connection
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining attentiveness throughout the guest journeyfrom seating to farewell
• Present menus and describe dishes and beverage pairings with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring all items meet presentation and quality standards.
• Prepare and serve cocktails wines and beverages
• Maintain deep knowledge of the restaurants culinary philosophy and regional ingredients
• Collaborate closely with culinary sommelier and bar teams to elevate the overall guest experience.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings ongoing training and service development programs

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Prior bar or restaurant service experience preferred; knowledge of Sicilian cuisine is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Knowledge of wines cocktails and mixology; WSET or bar certification a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German; Italian language skills highly desirable.

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full-time employment is 2.26300 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
