Position Description for Niobrara Public Schools Niobrara Nebraska

The Niobrara Public Schools Board of Education Niobrara Nebraska is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to lead the district and support its mission of ensuring success for all students.

McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. Executive Recruitment and Development are engaged as consultants in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the School Board in identifying and screening the candidates.

Enrollment: 214 students

Location: Niobrara Nebraska

Salary: Regionally competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

The Qualifications

Skills in budgeting financial planning and resource allocation with a strong understanding of grants Impact Aid and other essential funding sources.
A collaborative honest and positive leader who actively engages stakeholders and builds strong relationships within the community.
Deep understanding of the academic and social emotional needs of a diverse school district with the ability to positively influence student achievement and instructional quality.
Proven experience fostering teamwork. Academic leadership and experience with cooperative schools and the ability to build support and motivate high-performing teams.
