We are expanding our engineering and delivery teams in Bangalore and are seeking passionate professionals to help design implement and scale Five9s next-generation cloud-native services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop information systems by designing developing and installing software solutions
Prioritize tasks effectively communicate clearly and deliver within stipulated timelines.
Apply strong analytical capabilities to implement solutions based on agreed designs.
Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
Be passionate about great technologies especially open source.
Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale.
Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

Qualifications & Skills

5 to 6 years of experience in the full development lifecycle.
Excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular IO JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap 3.0 NGRX and RXJS.
Strong proficiency in C# OOPS Core Entity Framework and Core preferably with a Linux-based development background.
Experience working with event-driven architectures and PublisherSubscriber patterns.
Hands-on experience in building reusable Angular components.
Expertise in responsive UI/UX design.
Good understanding of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems servers and environments.
Strong unit testing debugging and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in version control systems such as GIT and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Cloud exposure on at least one platform Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB Redis DynamoDB).
Knowledge or experience in the Contact Center domain is an added advantage.
Exposure to Salesforce development will be an added advantage.
