Service Delivery Specialist

You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team working hand in hand with Product Owners Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers.

As a Service Delivery Specialist you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.

• Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure all product/technical quality and business targets are met

• Carry out daily project-related activities including software configuration maintenance of project plans and coordination with teams across the business.

• Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements

• Identifying analyzing and addressing project risks and business outcomes while regularly sharing lessons learned.

• Establish and maintain weekly reporting by setting up regular internal and external team meetings capturing minutes agreed actions updating teams and senior management

• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting internal workshops etc.

• Bachelors or Masters degree (B. S. M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field

• Knowledge in Project Management

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence Jira)

• Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box

• Customer-oriented with excellent organization and strong communication skills.

• Very fluent in English

• Fluent in other European languages (German French Dutch etc)

• Masters degree related to renewable energy.

• Knowledge of agile/scrum process and principles.
