Senior Business Data Analyst

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage complexity across business value technology and interaction models for large-scale initiatives.
Interpret and analyze large data sets covering all lines of business at the bank.
Apply statistical techniques to filter clean and normalize data; generate ongoing reports for stakeholders.
Ensure proper application of relevant phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Feasibility Requirements and Analysis.
Drive data-driven decision-making processes to support strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Data Handling: Advanced knowledge and experience in manipulating large disparate data sets from multiple sources and formats.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience: 1015 years of relevant experience managing complex business and technology environments.
Data Analysis: Advanced ability to work with large disparate data sets and apply statistical methods for normalization and reporting.
SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to apply key phases effectively.
Decision-Making: Expertise in leveraging data insights for informed strategic decisions.
Preferred: Prior experience with Banks.
