Join Our Growing Team at Rehab Resources as a Part-Time / Consistent PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) Marinette & Oconto Counties!
Are you a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting young children during their most important years of development Rehab Resources is seeking a dedicated OTR to join our Birth-to-Three (B-3) Early Intervention team providing services across Marinette and Oconto Counties
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities creating meaningful impact for children and families while maintaining flexibility and balance. Hours can be structured as PRN (consistent weekly hours) or part-time depending on candidate preference.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
Conducting developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
Identifying delays in fine motor skills sensory processing self-help skills play skills and overall functional development
Creating individualized family-centered treatment plans
Providing hands-on B-3 early intervention services within natural environments
Coaching families and caregivers to support development using everyday routines
Recommending adaptive strategies tools and interventions
Collaborating with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
Participating in IFSP meetings and progress reviews
Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
