Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven Laundry Attendant to support daily hotel laundry operations in a fast-paced environment. The Laundry Attendant ensures guests receive clean fresh linens by operating commercial laundry equipment maintaining cleanliness and assisting hotel staff with linen quality and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Operate commercial washers and dryers according to hotel standards
Sort linens towels and laundry by type and soil level
Load and unload machines ensuring proper cleaning and care of hotel linens
Fold stack and organize clean linens for efficient distribution
Inspect linens for stains or damage and report issues to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room equipment and work areas
Refill detergents chemicals and supplies as needed
Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with hotel staff and guests

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in laundry housekeeping janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs stand bend and move continuously throughout the shift
Dependable with strong attendance and willingness to work weekends
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
