Job Summary

Ability to do reporting and Ticket analysis.
Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users including problem recognition logs research isolation resolution and follow-up steps.
Have good knowledge of networks SDWAN / Leased Lines / Fiber Connectivity / Wireless RF Connectivity / GSM Network / WCDMA network / service applications characteristics and capabilities.
Basic Knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes along with Access Core Transport & Service Networks.
