Job Title:SME and Team lead
Reporting to:Team Manager Operations
The Investor Accounting specialist plays an important role in the organization by
performing several activities related to the Loan Servicing functions. The role is
primarily responsible under general supervision for performing several accounting-
related tasks in support of the department such as reporting balancing preparing
reports maintaining accurate records identifying payment discrepancies providing

down procedures to achieve and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity.

Address and ensure resolution on all process related queries of the team members
The person should have spent minimum of 18 months in the current process.
The person should have excellent process knowledge (based on test scores
Should be proficient in minimum 3 work types as applicable.
Should have delivered quality averaging to 97% with 100% production efficiency.
Should have scored 98% in the Knowledge Skill Test on an average.
Employee should have a performance rating of B and above during the previous
