Role Description

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with around 3 years of experience to join our growing tech team at Expertinasia. This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Indore. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the server-side logic ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development using (mandate) along with proficiency in MongoDB MySQL and AWS/Firebase/Azure Cloud Services. Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts.
• Proficient programming skills and familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Design develop and maintain scalable backend systems using & .
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for schema design performance tuning and data management.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS Cloud Services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS etc.).
• Ensure high performance security and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers QA engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices.
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with & .
• Proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services for deployment and scalability.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Decent English communication skills both written and verbal.

Good To Have

• Experience with NestJS PregreSQL Laravel PHP or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker CI/CD pipelines or other DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
