Job Title: OTM Software Engineer (Technical Consultant)
Position Overview
Customer is seeking a skilled and experienced OTM Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is essential for leading configuration as well as integration activities for all projects where OTM is implemented. The candidate will focus on working with Customer Engineering team to configure OTM as per proposed design using OTM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Customer teams to validate the solutions and to configure the proposed solutions in OTM
Ensure that OTM is configured with out of the box functionalities to the maximum possible.
Integration Mapping with external applications
Configuration of Reports
Configuration of dashboards using OTM Data Visualization / FTI
Loading rates and master data
Extensive testing of all the solutions and workflows with documentation
Provide L3 hyper-care support for complex issues
Support various projects and initiatives related to OTM
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in OTM implementation across core modules
Experience and knowledge of shipment planning rating freight settlement processes
Strong skills in SQL XML REST APIs
Ability to write complex automation agents
Ability to provide integration mapping specifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of LTL business is an advantage
Job Title: OTM Solution Architect
Position Overview
Customer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTM Solution Architect to join our team. This role is essential for helping us to design and configure as well as to provide support expertise for logistics operations. The candidate will focus on working with Customer platform owners and Engineering team to convert business requirements to an efficient and scalable TMS design.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Customer platform owners to understand the business requirements related to transportation operations.
Provide optimal solutions in OTM while ensuring scalability and use of out of the box OTM functionalities
Work closely with Customer Engineering team to validate the solutions and to configure the proposed solutions in OTM
Develop integration architecture and mappings for external systems and Customer applications
Extensive testing of all the solutions and workflows with documentation
Provide support for complex issues which are not solved by support teams
Provide training to customer key users
Support various projects and initiatives related to OTM
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 12 years of experience in OTM implementation (SaaS/On-premises) across core modules preferably with logistics organizations.
Deep experience and knowledge in shipment planning rating freight settlement processes data analytics using FTI/Data Visualization framework.
Ability to design automation agents
Experience with integrations using REST APIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
