About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Packaging Operative to join a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Co. Tipperary. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working on pharma or GMP-regulated packaging lines with a strong focus on quality accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate monitor and maintain automated and semi-automated packaging line equipment.
Carry out line changeovers and equipment setup in accordance with SOPs.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP safety and production standards.
Record all production and batch information accurately and in real time.
Identify and escalate equipment issues deviations or quality concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean safe and compliant working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all health safety and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Requirements
Previous pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing/packaging line experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced process-driven environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures.
Flexibility to work shift patterns (shift allowance applies).
Reliable punctual and team-oriented mindset.
