Job Summary
Our client is seeking a specialist Terrorism Law Solicitor to handle highly sensitive cases involving national security counterterrorism legislation and complex multiagency investigations. You will advise clients during police interviews prepare detailed defence strategies review classified or sensitive intelligence material liaise with experts and senior counsel and support clients facing charges under terrorism legislation.
The role involves analysing complex evidence maintaining the highest level of confidentiality dealing with multijurisdictional issues and navigating specialised court procedures.
You must demonstrate resilience professionalism and the ability to work calmly under pressure
Qualified Solicitor with criminal or terrorism law background
Eligible for security clearance
Strong advocacy and litigation skills
Ability to handle classified and sensitive evidence with discretion
Experience working with multiagency bodies beneficial
High emotional resilience and strong decisionmaking skills

Required Skills:
About You At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in property law. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience using conveyancing case management software (desirable).
