Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Judicial Law Solicitor to manage judicial review public law challenges and appeals against public authorities.

The role includes drafting grounds of claim conducting deep legal research advising clients on available remedies reviewing decisions from government departments and regulatory bodies and identifying errors of law requiring challenge.

You will prepare bundles for hearings liaise with counsel attend conferences and support clients through complex public law processes.
Cases often involve human rights issues procedural fairness challenges and statutory interpretation disputes.

This position is suited to a solicitor who enjoys technical analytical work and wants exposure to landmark cases with public interest impact.

Qualified Solicitor with public law or judicial review experience
Exceptional legal research skills
Excellent drafting for detailed submissions and appeals
Strong analytical ability in complex legal matters

Experience dealing with government or regulatory bodies advantageous

Required Skills:

About You At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in property law. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience using conveyancing case management software (desirable).
