The role includes drafting grounds of claim conducting deep legal research advising clients on available remedies reviewing decisions from government departments and regulatory bodies and identifying errors of law requiring challenge.
You will prepare bundles for hearings liaise with counsel attend conferences and support clients through complex public law processes.
Cases often involve human rights issues procedural fairness challenges and statutory interpretation disputes.

Qualified Solicitor with public law or judicial review experience
