The Opportunity
As the Student Experience & Events Officer youll be at the heart of creating memorable meaningful and high-impact experiences that define the student journey. Youll play a hands-on role in planning coordinating and delivering major events programs and campaignsworking closely with a passionate team to bring on-campus and online initiatives to life. From early planning to event-day execution and post-event evaluation youll help ensure every experience runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression.
A key part of your role will be keeping our operational systems sharp and reliable. Youll maintain accurate event records bookings and databases that enable smooth delivery and informed decision-making across the team. Youll also contribute to vibrant student-focused communication by preparing email invitations creating simple promotional content and responding to enquiriesensuring students receive clear engaging and timely information across multiple channels.
Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will shine through in your support of data collection and reporting helping us measure event impact and grow our student initiatives year after year.
