Required Skills:
Gantry crane operating experience (HRWL preferred) Background in precast concrete or heavy production operations Ability to interpret work plans and follow instructions Strong safety awareness and teamwork capability Flexibility to work shifts weekends or nights when required Forklift overhead crane or heavy plant certification desirable
Required Education:
High-Risk Work Licence (crane operation) crane or forklift certification highly formal tertiary education required.
