Job Summary

As a IT Support Analyst you will:
  • Install configure and support desktop systems laptops operating systems and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software networking and connectivity issues across Windows environments.
  • Support LAN/WAN infrastructure IP phones printers and Audio-Visual equipment.
  • Perform IMAC (Install Move Add Change) activities for desktops network printers and related drivers.
  • Manage SCCM-based system deployments updates and troubleshooting.
  • Handle desk phone installation configuration and user guidance when required.
  • Install and de-install AV equipment and cabling for conference rooms and meeting areas.
  • Issue loaner devices (PCs and peripherals) and maintain asset inventory and stock control.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 68 years of hands-on experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) roles.
  • Strong experience with Windows operating systems desktop hardware and peripherals.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking connectivity troubleshooting and IP Phones.
  • Practical experience using SCCM (EUCSTOOLSSCCM) for device management and support.
  • Strong organizational analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tasks effectively in a structured environment.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Identify analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware software networking and audio-visual issues.
  • Follow established support processes while maintaining high service quality.
  • Document issues resolutions and technical procedures clearly.
  • Adapt quickly to changing IT environments and technology upgrades.
