Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the ability to apply therapeutic principles and practices based on current evidence and knowledge appropriate clinical judgment and patient preference.
- Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care according to current standards that are based on professional association and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in related field and a current
- Unrestricted certification as an Occupational Therapist by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
- BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Colorado (required)
Compensation:
- $41.00 - $47.15 per hour depending on education and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increase market adjustments recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
Additional Information:
- Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction CO 81505
- Work Location: In-person/onsite
