Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of floor cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Manage daily cleaning tasks including mopping cleaning restrooms carpet cleaning windows dusting pressure washing upholstery etc.
Train new team members on floor care techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Inspect work performed by team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
Maintain records of cleaning activities and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or custodial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning janitorial and maintenance.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to different work sites in different states.
Travel is 70% to 90% of the time Monday through Friday.
Company paid hotels and transportation.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing to willing to travel overnight on the road a week at a time
Must have a current Drivers license with no restrictions.
