We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
7x24 roster duty in data center operations
Incident first responder and onsite hands on support
Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

- 1 years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts. Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines. Understanding on incidents response and prioritization. Good Attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication in English. Experience in network cabling include optical

- 1 years of data center experience
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies. Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Knowledge on continuous process improvement. Literacy in security and customer data protection
