A bit about your role
The Senior Business Analyst validates business and operational requirements and ensures they are translated into clear delivery-friendly language for technical teams. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams ensures data integrity for planning metrics and provides strategic insights to enhance decision-making.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving clarity alignment and successful delivery of business solutions across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Youre a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complex multistakeholder environments. You turn business and operational needs into clear deliveryready requirements using workshops userjourneys and EPIC walkthroughs to drive alignment and derisk delivery. You care deeply about data integrityespecially capability and epic hygienebecause you know accurate metrics power sound demand planning and confident decisions.
Collaborative by nature you partner with TDOs and crossfunctional teams to shape solutions contribute to change requests and keep outcomes tied to what matters for the business. You communicate with impact build trusted relationships and enjoy coaching other BAs to raise the bar.
