What Youll Own

You will lead the full operation of the spa with a sharp focus on sales performance team development and guest experience including:

Driving revenue through smart marketing sales strategy and conversion
Analyzing performance and budgets to maximize profitability
Building and maintaining a high-performing motivated team
Hiring onboarding training coaching and mentoring staff
Managing schedules to optimize capacity revenue and labor
Owning inventory cleanliness and day-to-day operational excellence
Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Ensuring full compliance with Hand & Stone standards and all regulations
Creating a culture of accountability positivity and results
