Summary: The Production Controller supports daily production operations by assisting with scheduling material flow and communication between departments to ensure that work is completed on time and to quality standards. Accountabilities:- Assist in maintaining daily production schedules and tracking progress.
- Support material flow to production areas by coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams.
- Update production boards trackers and huddle boards with current data.
- Communicate daily with supervisors and leads to address any delays or issues.
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Support preparation of reports for production metrics such as output delivery and quality.
- Help identify and report opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards in all tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Have reliable attendance be respectful and responsible at work.
- Ability to demonstrate basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience and understanding of overhead cranes and forklifts and scissor lifts.
