Water Restoration Laborer

• Assist with water extraction structural drying and moisture mapping
  
  
• Perform demolition tasks including removal of drywall flooring insulation and other affected materials
  
  
• Set up operate and monitor mitigation equipment (air movers dehumidifiers HEPA vacuums etc.)
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites vehicles and equipment
  
  
• Follow instructions from Crew Leads and Project Managers
  
  
• Complete documentation photos and job notes as required
  
  
• Safely handle and dispose of debris and materials
  
  
• Use proper PPE at all times
  
  
• Assist with mold remediation tasks as needed
  
  
• Support emergency on-call response for after-hours water losses
  
  

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding labor
  
  
• Comfortable working in various environments including crawl spaces attics and wet/damp conditions
  
  
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  
  
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately
  
  
• Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to pass a background screening (required by program guidelines)
  
  
• Experience in restoration construction or manual labor (preferred but not required)
  
  
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
  
  
• Ability to work overtime weekends and nights as needed
  
  

• Experience using industry platforms such as Mitigate DASH or MICA
  
  
• IICRC WRT Certification (preferred not required)
  
  
• Construction background is a plus
