Job Summary
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del área de calidad en planta o proyectos.
- Diseñar implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001 IATF 16949 etc.).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas procedimientos y normativas aplicables.
- Realizar auditorías internas y externas así como dar seguimiento a planes de acción correctiva.
- Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con calidad.
- Coordinar la capacitación del personal en temas de calidad y mejora continua.
- Gestionar la relación con clientes y proveedores en asuntos de calidad.
- Liderar equipos de inspección pruebas y control de procesos.
- Promover iniciativas de mejora continua y reducción de desperdicios.
