We are hiring for our client a leading organisation operating a modern automated facility in North Dublin. Due to continued investment and operational growth they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This Maintenance Technician position offers the opportunity to work MondayFriday on dayshift only supporting cutting-edge equipment within a highly efficient production environment.

The Role:
Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across highly automated production equipment
Diagnose faults carry out repairs and implement improvements to reduce downtime
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects within the facility
Perform routine inspections machine condition checks and optimise equipment performance
Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and safe working practices
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support adherence to site standards and compliance
The Person:
Holds a relevant engineering qualification
Proven experience in a maintenance role within a production or manufacturing setting
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a wider engineering team
A proactive mindset with commitment to health safety and continuous improvement
