Job Summary
Sanitation Worker
Pay: $16.50 Day Shift $19 an hour Night Shift
Schedule: 12 hour shifts
5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am and rotate from three to four days a week
Sunday - Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday - Sunday
Location: Mcminnville OR
GLISS Staffing is hiring experienced Sanitation Associates for a food production to hire opportunity with daily overtime & 3 - 4 work day weeks.
Available Shifts:
Sunday through every other Wednesday (1st half of the week)
o Day Shift: 5AM 5PM
o Night Shift: 5PM 5AM
Every other Wednesday through Saturday (2nd half of the week)
o Day Shift: 5AM 5PM
o Night Shift: 5PM 5AM
Shift Names:

Shift 2 - Sunday e/o Wednesday Night Shift
Shift 3 - e/o Wednesday Saturday Day Shift
Shift 4 - e/o Wednesday Saturday Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Maintain work areas equipment and tools in clean & good condition.
Washes and sanitizes equipment like; pots pans buckets and trays by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor for dish washing machine.
Assist with the breakdown and reassembly of equipment for deep cleaning like; manufacturing lines parts and equipment & keep parts organized by machine.
Keep walkways cleared sweep and mop floors.
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards follow and improve area processes understanding and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that pertain to the work area/duties.
Properly dispose of waste and handle chemical cleaning agents safely.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any issues or maintenance needs.
Work closely with the production team to ensure a sanitary environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in food production sanitation or janitorial.
Learn & understand Allergens & follow GMP SQF HAACP BBP and Food Defense policies.
Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly & efficiently.
Able to work in a team environment & independently.
Required:
Ability to speak & read English.
