Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Agentic Delivery Lead Agentic AI
Genpact is on the lookout for a visionary Vice President to spearhead our Agentic AI Product and Strategy initiatives. This role plays a pivotal role in bridging the Agentic Organization (AO) and Digital Operations (DO) operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AO services ensuring quality adherence to timelines and achieving desired outcomes. The role requires a strategic leader who oversees integration of AI agents and human interventions manage risks and escalations and drive delivery outcomes aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Conduit Between Agentic Org and DO Operations Org: Serve as the primary liaison between AO and DO operations facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Oversee End-to-End AO Delivery: Ensure the delivery of AO services meets quality standards timelines and expected outcomes. Implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
Monitor AI Agent Performance: Track AI agent performance metrics and human interventions to ensure operational efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Escalate Risks and Bottlenecks: Proactively identify risks bottlenecks and systemic issues within operations. Escalate these concerns to relevant teams for resolution.
Govern Delivery Dashboards and KPIs: Manage delivery dashboards key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement (SLA) adherence comprehensively. Ensure transparency and accountability in reporting.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to align objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Mentor Delivery Teams: Provide guidance and mentorship to delivery teams on AO practices and compliance. Promote best practices and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering high-quality results.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with industry-standard KPIs and SLA management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
