What you will do:
The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the newly established Construction Industries Growth Regions organization. This position partners with the VP Sales & Marketing for LATAM the VP Sales & Marketing Products Services & Technology (Customer Solutions COE) and the Strategy Director and team of analysts. The role requires strategic HR leadership to enable rapid integration cultural alignment and accelerated capability building across diverse teams in LATAM and embedded functions across Growth Regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders driving organizational effectiveness and culture transformation aligned with the new commercial model.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: partner with talent acquisition to ensure seamless recruitment onboarding and integration of new hires across multiple geographies and cultures.
Change Management & Culture Building: Support mindset shifts and adoption of new ways of working through targeted interventions communication and engagement strategies.
Collaboration Across Regions: Partner closely with location-based HR teams to deliver consistent employee experience and manage cross-regional complexities.
Capability Development: Partner with Talent & OD to drive accelerated learning programs to build commercial and leadership capabilities at pace.
Key Deliverables
Successful staffing and onboarding of critical roles within the first 612 months.
Implementation of cultural integration initiatives and change management plans.
Development of a talent pipeline aligned with Growth Regions strategy.
What You Have - Skills:

Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Background: Strong strategic HR business partnering experience with senior leadership.
Language: Fluent in English and Intermediate Spanish.
