Role Description:

We are looking to hire a full-time Mitigation Technicians that exceeds customer Xpectations while assessing rebuilding and restoring homes and businesses after man-made and natural disasters. You will be tasked creating superior customer XPERIENCE. Mitigation Technicians accomplish this by a commitment to be part of an emergency response team physical strength and stamina and proficiency with using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities.
• Mitigation Technicians will be responsible to repair and restore the structure.
• Mitigation Technicians are responsible for removal and replacement of damage drywall Plumbing and related materials.
• Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient.
• Mitigation Technicians are responsible for execution and implementation of appropriate mitigation procedures as necessary and following up as required to assure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Attention to details in organization cleanliness and care for facility assets and equipment.
• Valid unrestricted drivers license.
• Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software.
• Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations which may include after hours weekends or holidays.
• Experience in demolition the restoration industry and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.

Physical Environment:

• Physical ability to lift 80 lbs. and comfortable standing on your feet for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work within non-climate-controlled environments.
