Project/Program:

Parks Operations and Revenue Tracking System (PORTS)

Job Description:

The Web Developer will design develop and implement PORTS projects for Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) agency. Web Developer will collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective scalable application solutions.

Day to Day:

Design and implement interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript Angular and Bootstrap.
Apply UI/UX design principles and design patterns to develop web applications.
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs in front-end applications to deliver dynamic data-driven user experiences.
Develop and maintain backend services components based on technical and business requirements.
Design and implement REST APIs 8 and C# for seamless integration with front-end applications.
Write optimize and maintain SQL Server Stored Procedures to support robust data operations and backend functionality.
Collaborate with business analysts technical leads to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
Create and maintain technical specifications and data flow documentation.
Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
Use GIT version control for application code and document repository code reviews and CI/CD pipeline workflows.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Web Developer: A programmer who specializes in or is specifically engaged in the development of World Wide Web applications or applications that are run over HTTP from a web server to a web browser.

Expert: 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualificaitons:

- 84 months experience in UI/UX design/development of web applications in front-end technologies including HTML CSS Javascript jQuery and framework such as Angular. Use and npm for managing front-end dependencies like Bootstrap.
- 84 months experience in integrating and consuming REST APIs in front-end applications to deliver interactive data-driven user experiences.
- 60 months experience in using Visual Studio Code for coding debugging and collaborating with team members in dynamic development environment.
- 60 months experience with backend development 6/8 and C# including API development and integration with front-end application.
- 60 months experience in database design create Tables Stored procedures Triggers Views Functions using T-SQL in SQL Server database.
- 60 months of experience creating technical documents based on business needs by working with internal teams who interact with external subject matter experts and vendors.
- 36 months experience using source code controller such as TFS/GIT including setup of CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related
