Who are we looking for
Were looking for an organized and proactiveAdministratorto support the APAC Enterprise Client Program (ECP) team including support with forums administrative duties and ad-hoc support for Relationship Managers and CET teams. This may include supporting use of Salesforce (data updates reports etc) desk-top research bookings document finishing setting up meetings events and other support.
In this diverse role you will:
- Assist withgeneraladministrationsupportforthe APAC ECP Lead and Partner
- Provide administrative support to maintain adherence to governance requirements as part of the APAC ECP
- Administrative onboarding of Relationship Managers (RM) and Client Advisors into the APAC ECP
- Conductresearchintoclientspeopleandmarketstoassist APAC ECP and RMs with client planning and strategy development as needed
- Support during annual client planning cycle. Work with stakeholders to update account teams and intentional relationships in Salesforce tracking of plan endorsement
- Monitoring and collation of client feedback (VOTC) for ECP clients and preparing reports
- Support with empathy mapping
- Maintenance of internal distribution lists
- Support to track disbursement budgets project codes and investment across the APAC ECP
- Managing travel requests in collaboration with APAC ECP Lead/Partner
- Maintenance of content and knowledge sites
- Support with booking forums meetings invitations and internal event coordination
- GeneratereportsandprovideotherassistancewithSalesforce and BI reporting
We are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business and/or Administration or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software (salesforce co-pilot canva)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in another B2B or professional services business will be highly regarded
- Strong with Word and PPT formatting skills
- Experience using Salesforce would be desirable
Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid 3 days a week in the office
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon City or Cebu office.
Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
