CNA 11p7a (MSH) Float Pool Adult Psych
Location: Montana

Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Certifications Required: Montana CNA BLS
Certifications Preferred: CPI
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for an 11p7a float-pool assignment within an Adult Psychiatric facility. Candidates must be highly skilled in de-escalation trauma-informed care and managing acute behavioral situations.
Open shift availability strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with daily living activities including bathing oral hygiene dressing and mobility
Record vital signs collect specimens and support emergency response needs
Communicate patient observations clearly and accurately
Transport residents to appointments and provide support as needed
Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and follow facility protocols
Qualifications
Valid Montana CNA Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Adult Psych facility
1 year of travel contract experience (required)
BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
CPI certification (highly desired; not required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively in a team setting
13 Weeks
40 Hours Per Week
$15.50 Hourly taxable
$23.25 OT Hourly taxable
$200.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$450.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
