Job Summary

As part of the recruitment team the interviewer is responsible for recruiting and scheduling participants in the Framingham Heart Study (FHS) to complete core study and ancillary study visits. All contacts with participants will also be used as an opportunity to gather and update important medical history data and contact information. Individuals in this role are the primary contact and liaison for participants and must go out of their way to ensure that all study-related activities are as easy to complete as possible. Interviewers regularly make phone calls text and email print reports and interact with participants during their study visit perform data entry and filing and prepare mailings. The individual in this position must work closely and coordinate with other members of the recruitment team as well as with people on different teams throughout the organization. Candidate should be comfortable using computers and speaking on the phone and must maintain participant confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills

Candidate must be fluent in Spanish. Associates degree preferred. Vocational or Technical degree required. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This position is located in Framingham MA.
