Job Skills / Requirements
$19 Per Hour!
Located in Hayward WI
Schedule:
Monday thorugh Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM
(On call to handle issues at the site and to stand the post if needed.)
Holidays required unless told otherwise.-Holiday pay is time and a half!
40 AVG hours per week- Overtime is possible if need be.

No previous experience is required.
An ideal candidate for the Gate Attendant Supervisor role leads by exampledemonstrating reliability with punctuality professional appearance and consistent presence while ensuring their team does the same. They possess strong leadership communication and conflict-resolution skills enabling calm decisive action during incidents. Vigilance attention to detail and sharp observational and critical-thinking abilities are essential for identifying and mitigating risks. Mastery of security systems protocols and accurate incident reporting reflects technical competence. Integrity fairness and trustworthiness build team respect and public confidence. Finally staying current through ongoing training and empowering officers with the resources they need helps maintain operational effectiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft violence or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors windows and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- MUST be reliable!
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation. Must not have any felonies.
- Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
