Role Responsibilities:

As aCustomer Service Export Specialist you willbe responsible for:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for EAME customers and agents ensuring professional andtimelycommunication.

  • Manage the full quotation-to-delivery cycle including order processing inSAPand invoice creation.

  • Prepare and verify export documentation for smooth customs clearance ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal standards.

  • Handle complex payment terms and methods (e.g.Letters of Credit Cash Against Documents Open Terms) including coordination with banks and managing documentation flow.

  • Monitor and follow up onBills of Lading amendments and certifications.

  • Work closely with agents acting as cultural intermediaries ensuringaccuratecommunication and smooth transactions.

  • Coordinatelogisticsforintermodal transport including deep-sea shipments and timing-sensitive deliveries.

  • UseCargoXand other platforms to upload and manage documentation.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and agents proactively managingexpectationsand resolving issues.

  • Provide backup support during holidays or peak periods including occasional work on local or bank holidays.

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Logistics Marketing Finance or related field.

  • Several years inexport operations customer service or international order processing withspecific experience in Egypt and Arabic-speaking marketsstrongly preferred.

  • Fluent English;French or another EAME language is a plus.

  • Proficient inSAPandExcel.

  • Familiarity withCargoXis a strong plus.

  • Deep understanding ofexport documentationinsurance practices andinternational payment terms.

  • Experience withLetters of Creditand bank documentation processes.
